When I look back on my days I,
Realize the many ways I,
Turned away from what was right,
Hanging out most every night.
Surrounded myself with people,
That I thought were good and humble.
Turns out, it wasn’t so,
And I had to tell them no.
I didn’t fit in that well,
Cause eventually I fell.
I was down and out and such,
And I had to pick myself up to,
Focus on what I had to do,
No matter what I went through.
Stick to the task at hand,
And find myself a band.

Tell you this..
It’s not about the party, or spending all your money.
It isn’t how you look or what other people think of you.
Think about the life you live,
And the love you want to give.
Be kind to everyone,
Spirit, Father, and the Son, and
Take time to slow things down,
From the daily run around.
Take time to make amends,
To those no longer friends and
Don’t worry all too much,
Things will work out if they must.
And in the end you’ll see,
What a fruitful life can be.
